. The interior of this home features completely trimless doors, recessed lights, & air conditioning diffusers with a 1/4" reveal around them requiring exceptionally high level of drywall detail and finish.

. The modern interior is over a rustic hickory plank floor.

. The doors are custom built- sandblasted and wire brushed cypress to give an exceptionally deep grain and beautifully finished.

. The home features a mill finish aluminum "negative" base.
